White tea
White tea is a slightly fermented tea and a special treasure among Chinese teas. It is named because the finished tea is mostly buds, covered with white hairs, like silver and snow. It is one of the six major teas in China. White tea is processed by sun drying or slow fire drying without withering or rolling. It has the quality characteristics of complete buds, full of white hairs, fresh fragrance, clear yellow-green soup, and light and sweet taste.
