Dark tea
Dark tea is one of the six traditional Chinese teas and is a post-fermented tea. The finished tea is black in appearance, hence the name. Dark tea is mainly produced in Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places. It is made from coarse and old raw materials and is made through processes such as withering, rolling, piling and drying.
